Paid my account account in full by Western Union Quick Collect on 4-2-10. I was advised at that time I would be faxed a receipt on Monday 4-5-10 clearing my account. At 1:30pm on April 5, 2010 was called by Penncro and advised that Visa did not clear. Went though entire scenario again, provided MTCN number and then transferred to a Supervisor. Supervisor became aggressive and belliergent stated he was collecting a debt (duh, I have the receipt from Western Union) and that it will take several days to get a receipt.
