Did a phone payment on my mothers account with gmac on march 9, 2010 for 1, 114.15 (amount according to system)no confirmation number for the first payment, it transferred me to customer service.i explained, that i just made a payment but did not get a confirmation number and the rep said "it did not post I'll transfer u back to the automated system so u can do it again". did another payment for 1, 147.90(per statement )been told differnt things by reps. a manager phoned me on 3/15/2010 stating my money should be in my account on... read full review »
