I purchased 2 leather recliners 2 months ago (June). I received them in 3 weeks. I rejected one of them because it was delivered to me with a tear in the leather. After follow up call after call it took an additional 4 weeks to receive a new one. There was a woman in the distribution warehouse. She had no customer service skills, were extremely rude and had even hung up on me during my last f/u call.
