I purchased a vehicle or so I thought from central Kia in Irving on March 13, 2010. I have an open auto loan the payoff is $3, 000 on the auto loan. Centrl Kia tried to convince me to trade it in I refused to do so. I wastold by the Manager that I could keep the vehicle and they would pay off the $3, 000.
