I have read several reviews since getting a "direct hit" from Direct TV, and its not adding up. How is it possible to hold people accountable to a contract, which they do not sign or have seen the terms and conditions of that contract up front? To my knowledge, when you are in a contract, your terms are listed in order to ensure you of both parties rights. Direct TV is hiding behind a cloak.
