I bought one crib, one mattress, one bed sheet. The mattress showed up, the bed sheet showed up but the crib which was indicated to be in stock and to ship within 4 days didn't show up as promised. So, I called them 3 days after the last day of the scheduled delivery and they said they had to contact the manufacturer!!! I'm not quite sure why they waited 20 days to contact the manufacture on an item I ordered that was supposed to ship more than two weeks prior.
