1. The items are of poor quality. 2. I tried to return this item, but I never got the refund. 3. They don't remove your e-mail from the mailing list and spam you. They finally removed me when I filed a complaint with the FTC. But I then after, I started getting spam from other sources. I believe they submitted my e-mail address to a spam list.
