Direct tv has promised me a refund of 197.00 resulting from an overpayment. it has been a month and I have made 6 phone calls to them. each time I am told that it will take between 3 days to 2 weeks. I have been a customer of directv for 12 plus years. that is all about to change. I do not recomend that anyone use direct tv. read full review »
