This company has serious customer service issues. I called for an a/c service call, and was told a tech would come that day, and that I would be contacted with a window of time (eg 2-4pm). After waiting 3.5 hours, I called to find out a time window, and the tech arrived an hour later. The tech told me that my repair could be made the next day, but payment ($675) needed to be made in advance.
