NTB in Mill Run, Hilliard Ohio. Went in for tire balance and rotation. My daughter asked to check a wheel noise. NTB claims I needed four new McPherson Struts plus tires. NTB says the tires are "in danger of shredding" due to bad struts. I approved the $1200 job including four struts by phone (7am) and then became suspicious as I thought my Chevy Malibu had shocks, not struts. I arrived at NTB just in time to see my car on the lift.
