The Monro in Indianapolis on Keystone has the worst service in history. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Monday and I ask a guy are you sure this is a good time I dont want to wait he said its fine. Thus, when I go there only ONE GUY IS WORKING AND THE OTHER GUY IS SITTING ON HIS ASS WATCH TV. The guy who said who will be fixing my car wasnt even there he left early for the day.
