My son received a letter and a check dated 3/31/10 the letter stated that he had won a prize of $8000.00 from Consumer Rewards Program enclosed was a check for $987.79 to be cashed to pay the taxes and processing fee before the lump sum winning could be sent to him. Payments should be made directly to his tax agent then he had to fax the tax payment receipt to the fax number that was at the top of the letter.
