OK I used to love Kays...however that quickly changed rings and chains I have from there they are great not the best but I love them however the bracelet I got from there has fallen off 3 times because of the crappy lobster claw clasp which is supposed to be the best. They did however replace it but then the next one only 2 weeks old and the clasp broke..couldn't find it after I lost it..got no simpathy what so ever..they tried to say they didn't replace lost jewelry I was like what you replaced it once and it broke not even 2 week... read full review »
