I cannot talk with anyone at Gateway. They refer me to MPC. My warranty is in effect until 2011. MPC is out of operation. The phone does not answer. The internet site is out of commission. I can get no help. Who is going to start a class action lawsuit? I want to join. I have a M685 E Laptop. My repair man says to JUNK IT. I have only had it 1.5 years and have 2.5 years left on my in-home warranty. I need a refund. read full review »
