Our home loan is upside down althoug we paid about 25% in down payment and priciple payment. I have been working with Wells Fargo Bank for over a year for loan modification. They have been rejecting us for various reasons. The most used reason is that they did not receive all the documents within the time frame they defined. We faxed in the documents, called to make sure they had eveything (of course nobody answered the phone.) We had no responses. Then we got letter in the mail that they rejected the application again due to our fault! They have been playing this game with us for over a year.
