I order a Hot-tub on October 23, 2009 and was told it would be shipped to me in 8-11. I paid in full ($3, 246.00) this was a BBB accredited web site & affiliated with The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. On January 18, 2010 i called ChooseDirect because no-one called me to let me know my hot-tub was being shipped, I was told by an employee (Michelle) that it was to be shipped on January 26, 2010.
