Definition of " PRE-PAID" Texas Workfoce Commision debit card for unemployment = can only spend what is on it!!! But according to CHASE (as in chase my money) in 2007 when I was on unemployment - I spent $400 more than what the prepaid card was loaded for - and they never called or gave me any notice of a problem then ...but now in 2010, when I find myself laid off, and call to inquire where my new TWC debit card is - they inform me they loaded it onto the card from 3 years ago - which of course I do not have.
