Had no problems during my stay at the Parks at Hunter's Creek, but once I moved out I received what was called a Move-Out Statement reflecting erroneous charges. It was not even itemized saying what each charge was for. After numerous complaints for them to submit a correct billing statement, they turned it over to a collection agency that uses illegal practices subject to violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
