I was re-directed multiple times to people who kept telling me that my flight was booked and that I would be receiving my booking confirmation in a few minutes- i did not get anything. I called back- was redirected - and was told I would get it in 2 hours- i checked in 2 hours - i did not get anything. I called back again and was told that I would get it in 4 hours - once again - I DID NOT GET IT. I ordered on March 29th in the morning - I got a confirmation on March 30th in the evening.
