I have sent my old jewelry/gold/custom to this company for over a month ago. At the same time, I sent some to Cash 4 Gold, too. The latter have responded 2 weeks ago and I have received a check. I have not received anything (not a letter)from Cash Your Gold Now at all. When I "finally" got in touch with them, I was advised that the items I've sent were not worth it and they already been melted.
