I work with senior citizens in Brooklyn. I am well aware of how companies take advantage of seniors. When you read this you will never use Empire for anything. I went to one seniors home and she was very happy. She told me that she was getting all new carpets and new tile in the kitchen. The carpet went in with no problem. The next day they came to install the tile. I checked in on the progress at the end of day 1 of the tile job. All the equipment was gone. I asked when they would return to finish.
