When I ordered this for my cats, the price was advertised at $19.95 plus s&h and your second one was supposed to be free - just pay additional s&h. I was given no order # or total at the time of the order and was told that the breakdown would be in the package for my records. I ordered 2 sets and ended up being charged $86.70 for what should have been $55.80! AND there was no order slip in either of the boxes!
