In October I, regretfully, enlished Verizon Fios as my tv/internet/phone service at the rate of $65.00 per month for 6 months and then $95 thereon. The deal sounded too good to be true and, as it turns out, is. Today I received my first bill of $291.00! I placed a call to Verizon and they explained to me (which they never mentioned at the signing) that they prorate your bill and, depending on when the installation takes place within your cycle, you are responsible for additional fees.
