We rented a car from Enterprise at Miami airport. We asked for lowest insurance. They told us it will be $99, total. Next they when we were looking to our bank accounts, we figured out that they charged us 200 for insurance. We have been calling them. At first they told us their manager will call us in an hour and a half. Of course no one called. Now, they don't even answer our phone calls. What kind of company is this? What kind of customer service? Don't ever rent a car from them. This is my second time, second failure!!! read full review »
