I have filed on Jan. 29, 2010, a lawsuit against James Charles Design (525 Seaside Way, Long Beach, Calif) and James Charles personally, for 10 causes of action including Fraud, Breach of Fiduciary duty, Conversion, Constructive Fraud, Recission, Statutory violation, and Breach of Contract.
