I have been customer for almost a year with this company, recently I was diagnosed with M.S. and luekemia.I called company to get a one day extension on my bill. Then I try to contact my Dr. for problems only to find out my long distance has been suspended[ from very rude representative]. and even though I made payment.I now owe more money to get this service reconnected and cannot work out payment arrange ment for next week.This company sucks! they do not outline anything once you make payment, or apply hidden cost. I will definately not reccomend to anyone ! read full review »
