I've been to this Long John Silvers many times. I always get the same thing. I know and expect how much I need for the meal I order. I've been bringing the exact change because money is tight right now and I don’t want to deal with anymore loose change. The Manager gave me a large drink without asking me if I wanted the large and charged me accordingly. Now I have to give him 20 extra cents.
