We went to U-verse; everything I have is with AT&T. I was having trouble with my router and my tv was freezing and losing internet; called 3 times & they were nice to try to help and said if it happened again, they'd send a service tech. 4th time came and for the first time they asked for my special id # my favorite restaurant (changes every day) and because I couldn't give them them, they wouldn't help me!!
