To Whom it may concern: Today I received a message on my answer phone from Michael Gilchrist of the Scott Lowery Law Firm trying to reach a neighbor. He also contacted another neighbor who is a stroke victim and she answered her phone. He told her that our mutual neighbor was involved in a law suit and he needed to contact the neighbor because said neighbor is entitled to money and was not aware of this fact.
