Their store manager and assistant manager tried very hard to do the right thing but the district manager refused...When moving my existing TV to put the one in I had purchased from them their movers(to of their sales people)broke the panel...I had 5 different TV repair people say the same thing that it was the way Conn's moved my existing TV that broke it..but their district manager wouldn't even offer to send one of their techs out to look at it...I will never again purchase nor will I recommend them to anyone and I will continue to... read full review »
