I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. My HD DVR went out and they want me to pay $20 for S&H. What ever happen to standing behind your product that I pay a monthly service for faithfully. They refuse to waive the fee so Cox Communications here I come. I will follow my mother. She had Direct TV and she switched. Mother knows best. read full review »
