I purchased a gas dryer including hookup and all necessary hook up parts. Sears delivered the dryer, unhooked my gas line, took my old dryer, and noticed that they didn't have the necessary parts. So, they left to get the correct part, all the time leaving my gas line wide open! They never came back!!!
