I was in line at the drive through teller window and the teller serviced another customer who had just driven up at another kiosk before me. She obviously knew the other customer as she called her by her first name. I had to wait until she was finished with the other woman. Meanwhile, I was on my way to the veterinary clinic with my sick dog who was in the car as well.
