I had my home mortgage with Chase Mortgage. I had undegone surgery and became disabled, and put home up for sale in August of 2009. I had a buyer 1 week later. Needless to say 8 months later the house has not been sold to buyer and I cancelled short sale and asked for loan modification from Chase. They have asked for a ton of paperwork once again (that they already have) and I have had 4 different people working on this.
