I bought a washer on the 23rd of March from Sears and after hauling home we found out that it does not work. Sears sent a repair man out who thought he knew the problem ordered the part and told me it would arrive in a week and it did.. Turns out wrong part ordered another said will be at my house in 5 days. After I wasted my time waiting i procceded to call Sears to find out the part is on back order.
