Unfortunately, I just experienced the same abuse today by Steve and Kory of Triple K. Everything you said is dead on. We had them come out to estimate a picket fence that would be narrow enough our dog could not get his nose through. Kory said they could do it at 1 3/4 spacing and we agreed. Even paid extra for the additional wood. Fence ended up being 2" spacing everywhere. Spent 3 weeks trying to get someone to call us back. Numerous unreturned messages to Kory.
