Samsung refuses to stand behind their product. I purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator 4 years ago. starting in the second year we started experiancing problems with the refrigerator forming ice both inside the unit behind a draw and behind the panel itself. This causes all kind of other problems. The draw will not shut completely and thus the whole refrigerator door will not seal and of course once the seal is broken, then the temprature goes up.
