When you order their Green Tea Extreme capsules, they do not tell you that you are signing up for a "Lifestyle Program". When you call their so-called "'customer care department" you are kept on hold for long periods of time. When they finally answer and you tell them that you want to get an RNA (Return Authorization Number) and to be removed from the Lifestyle Program these people hang up on you repeatedly. They also keep sending you the product and charging you for it. It costs me postage money to keep sending this product back which is another way they keep ripping me off. read full review »
