I purchased a starter kit for liquid keratin. It didn't work so I took it back. It cost $69.00 plus tax. the clerk at ULTA (I live in Austin, TX) would not give me a refund because I had used more than 3/4 of the small bottle of product. I told him, that because of my hair type and length, I had to use as much as possible but that the larger bottles were almost full.
