Purchased pack of 25 Office Depot brand DVD-RW. After finding 8 out of 10 being defective with visible defect marks on the disks, contacted Office Dept via e-mail, received confirmation that someone will contact me within 24 hours. After 3 days with no reply, I sent a thank you note for their level of care. Received reply that they cannot locate my statement.
