This device is marginal at best, howerver, in an attempt to renew a one year service agreement it was impossible to renew for less than a 3 year deal. The "online chat" couldn't assist in my request to renew for the one year deal and there was no one to call directly to get any resolution to my request. Matter of fact they wouldn't even give out a phone number so I could talk with anyone directly. At that point I realized that this company and their gadget was truly another comsumer ripoff.
