I just realised that Privacy matters or some such company has been charging me $ 29.95 x 2 every month since July of 2007. I called them and they said they couldn't find my membership and to find it I should give them my credit card details. Which of course I refused. On which they said they cannot help as they can't find my membership. Question is if they can't find my membership what do I get billed for. I need help to reclaim approx. $ 480 from them.
