Purchased a backpack from this company via ebay, zipper broke during first use. Rather than put negative feedback, I contacted the company to let them know the item was defective. They said I could return it for an exchange. Although I am pretty good about filing, I could not find my invoice and the invoice on ebay did not have this company's address. The box it arrived in had already been recycled so I could not get the address from there. I emailed the company back asking them for their address.
