I was supposed to get a free necklace (heart pendant) for using a support question line and only had to pay $4.95 shipping and handling, what a scam it charged me $95.00 for a necklace that look like it cost $5.00. Nothing was mentioned about the 95.00 until it was taken out of my acct. I sent the necklace back and am expecting my 95.00 back, now they are saying I didn`t send an RMA number with it .
