Do NOT believe the positive reviews, as I can almost guarantee that the company itself is posting them to counterbalance all the TRULY negative comments actual customers are posting. How they dare to give themselves 5 stars is disgusting. This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Pay attention to the way they are being reviewed. There is no middle ground.
