Horrible customer service. I did a trial. They kept sending me products charging my cc. Their customer service agents were so heavily accented that I couldn't understand them. It took me 3 calls and I think I maybe stopped the billing now. Definately not a company for which I will do business with again. By the way - their logo line says "hassle free, guaranteed!!!"
