In this apartment complex, I have seen so much neglect and discrimination with the manager that is running this property that I do not understand how come the City of Dallas has never come through and conducted a proper inspection. There are so many illegal immigrants that live there that you would think that you are in another world, I noticed that there are no parking spaces for the residents.
