have phone that is out of contract, when at the store tell them we want to cancell the phone and shut it off, they tell us to call their 611 number to do that, we called their 611 nimber they said no problem just call end of the month and all will be fine and shut off, so we wait till end of march 2010 and call 611 again to tell them we want the phone off at end of the month, they then say to just doit whne we go in to pay the bill on april 7 2010 and will be ok, we go into store on april 7 2010 to pay and was told to call their 611 number... read full review »
