first of all, we were desperate to get out of my mom & dads house. we had a rough time with vanderbilt mortgage co in the past... we live from paycheck to paycheck...4 kids - 1 bread winner... A sales associate(clayton homes) who we informed about our cituation, seemed to be helpful. She had found a mobile home that was about to be repossessed.
