Horrible, horrible service. This is not a professionally run company. They told me weeks after they had cashed my check and a week after they told me my order would be sent that they didn't have my product. They delayed my opening and cost me $$$. Were they apologetic? Nope. They offered no compensation to the fact that they had screwed up my order and then continued to delay the shipment by their lack of communication within their company.
